About Course
The Author Partner™ Book Plan Program is a guided, cohort-based program with live Q&A sessions designed to help authors build a success-proof Book Plan that meets professional, industry standards — whether they later pursue traditional, hybrid, or self-publishing.
Rather than focusing only on writing pages that often stall or fall flat without direction or success, this program focuses on everything that determines whether a book survives, succeeds, and actually gets finished! We address the critical questions early: whether the book should exist, who it’s for, how it fits the current market, and how it will be completed, published, and launched with intention.
Authors complete every core component typically found in a strong, industry-approved book proposal — including audience definition, positioning, platform and network analysis, chapter structure, sample chapters, and marketing strategy — reframed as a flexible Book Plan that works across publishing paths.
The program also prepares authors for execution by helping them understand what kind of team, support, and timing their book actually requires, whether they choose to work independently, hire individual collaborators, or eventually partner with an Author Partner.
This program functions the way an experienced agent or editor would guide an author early in the process: clarifying the idea, stress-testing the market, refining the plan, and setting the book up for completion and long-term success.
By the end, authors have:
- A validated, market-aware book concept
- A clearly defined target audience and positioning strategy
- A realistic publishing-path direction
- A complete, professional chapter blueprint
- Two drafted sample chapters
- A marketing and launch strategy aligned with their publishing route
- An execution readiness plan, including team building and timing
- A network and endorsement strategy
- A strategic roadmap designed to support finishing the book with intention and confidence
