Apply to Book

INTRO

Commit to the highly invested, intensive sprint your book deserves to truly leap forward.

If you’re looking for a partnership with someone who can get in the trenches with you—someone who closely looks at what they’re building, share expert advice about it, and help move it to the finish line with focus and intention—this is the service for you! Author Partnership 360 is a six-week intensive sprint where our consultant works directly alongside you, with a structured plan, weekly calls, editorial depth, and consistent accountability. This partner is there through whichever stage of your publishing journey needs the most concentrated attention right now. Be prepared for six weeks of intense momentum and something to show for it in the end.

Application approval required before booking an appointment for this session.

WHO THIS IS FOR

Author Partnership 360 is for nonfiction authors who are ready to do the work. It’s for you if:

  • You want more than a single session or a self-paced program — you want six weeks of intensive, hands-on partnership with someone who knows the publishing industry inside and out
  • You’re ready to commit to a focused sprint and do the work between calls — not just show up and listen
  • You have a book in some stage of development and you need consistent expert involvement to move it forward meaningfully
  • You want editorial depth, strategic guidance, accountability, and access to someone who will follow up throughout the week
  • You’re an entrepreneur, speaker, influencer, ministry leader, or someone with a need-to-tell story who understands that your book is an asset and you’re ready to treat it like one

Who it is NOT for?

  • Someone looking for a done-for-you publishing service — 360 is a working partnership not an execution service “done-with-you”. For services done for you, please refer to our sister company Few Editorial & Creative Suite
  • Someone who is not ready to commit to six weeks of focused, intensive work on their book, at this time.

HOW IT WORKS

Author Partnership 360 operates on a sprint model. Each sprint is six weeks of focused, structured, intensive work on one phase of your publishing journey. We build a customized six-week plan around your specific book and goals. Here’s our process to get started:

  1. You choose your publishing path and your phase. See below.
  2. If accepted to proceed with our consultant, you’ll receive an email including a link to book a free 30-minute discovery call. During this call, we discuss your sprint plans and ensure the timing and fit are right before your sprint begins.
  3. After your discovery call, you’ll receive a pre-sprint form outlining exactly what to submit before your first call. Our consultant arrives at your first call with a suggested six-week map already prepared.

Your sprint typically begins the week after your discovery call. Clients choose their Week 1 start date based on their availability and how much time they need to prepare and submit their pre-sprint materials.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

Every 6-Week Sprint includes:

  • Weekly 60-minute calls via Zoom. Calls may alternate between strategy, working sessions, and advisory, based on where you are in the sprint.
  • Developmental editing for up to 7,500 words. Documents such as your manuscript chapters, proposal sections, book plan drafts, or launch materials are reviewed for structure, clarity , argument, voice, positioning, and impact.
  • Detailed feedback throughout. It includes as much written and verbal feedback that can be meaningfully delivered within the six-week window.
  • Weekday Slack and/or email access. Direct access to our consultant throughout the weeks. For questions, quick feedback, work-in-progress check-ins, and real-time support. Response is typically within 1-2 business days.
  • Sprint Summary. At the end of your six weeks, we deliver a written sprint summary. It includes what was covered, what was accomplished, what was decided, and your recommended next steps.
  • Access to Author Partner template library.
  • Access to vetted creative referrals.

What this does NOT include? This does not include a ghostwriting service, not a done-for-you service, not a course or program, not line editing or proofreading, and not legal advice.

YOUR COST

The total cost for a 6-week sprint is $6,000. A 1/3 deposit is due upon booking your Week 1 call. Afterward, the remaining balance is split into two payments, charged to your card on file every two weeks following your Week 1 call. Currently, space is limited to 3 clients at a time to ensure the attention necessary for this package.
